Ben Wolf founded Wolf’s Edge because he experienced feeling stuck in the day-to-day weeds of the business he helped launch. He figured out how to scale the business through trial and error and helped make it the largest healthcare organization of its type in New York state.
He wanted to help more small and midsize business owners get control of their businesses, but most of them could not afford the $250,000-$300,000 base salary + benefits it costs to hire a full-time experienced COO.
Ben started serving as Fractional COO / Integrator for several businesses personally, and then assembled other experienced COOs to form the Wolf’s Edge team to meet the overwhelming need.
While Wolf’s Edge’s COOs become your strategic partner to create and execute a roadmap for transformative change and make your business self-managing, those things are just a means to an end.
