executives. Ben founded Wolf’s Edge Integrators because he believes that there is a right-fit Fractional Integrator for every organization who needs and is ready for one. Through WEI, he serves clients as a Fractional Integrator and curates and develops an elite team of other Fractional Integrators for the firm’s clients.

Laura Granato serves as both Wolf's Edges Integrator's Fractional Integrator, as well as for client's of ours. She has worked in the franchise industry for the past 10 years helping entrepreneurs define direction, implement processes, and ramp-up their businesses.
She loves the things Visionaries hate, as well as helping them gain time back to focus on moving the business forward. She has worked with clients in various industries and has successfully helped them with operations and driving revenue. She specializes in creating and implementing consistent, relevant, impactful, and scalable core processes.
Laura’s love for EOS® started when she first implemented it into the day-to-day operations of one of the entrepreneurial businesses she helped build. Laura joined the team at Wolf's Edge to help more Visionaries get what they want from their businesses and lead, manage, create accountability for reaching the their goals.

Brian McCollough is an Engineer with an MBA. He not only has technical aptitude but also strong business acumen to understand what it takes to grow companies.
Brian’s success naturally led him to move into leadership roles, including working as a division manager for a multi-billion-dollar international oil and gas service company, as a corporate development manager, and as a General Manager for a heavy manufacturing company.
As a Fractional Integrator with Wolf’s Edge, Brian loves to jump in and get up-to-speed as quickly as possible so he can implement best practices to help companies grow and develop.
He is a natural relationship-builder, focused on developing trust with every member of the team through targeted listening and identification of issues. He keeps teams organized and focused to ensure everyone stays in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, values, and goals.

Jen Hamilton's love of effective and efficient teams and processes started as a CPA with a big-four firm. With over 20 years of experience consulting, coaching, and being CEO and COO, she helps clients achieve big goals and their world-changing visions.
As a Fractional Integrator with Wolf's Edge, she loves to work with burnt-out visionaries by managing the business's day-to-day operations so they can focus on profit and impact growth and do what they love to do most. Jen's love for EOS and the Integrator role intensified when she completed the EOS Integrator™ Masterclass.
Jen is a natural collaborator, problem-solver, strategic thinker, and leadership coach. She is all about the win-win-win. She keeps the team laser-focused on what is best for the company and who they serve while developing the team along the way.

Carter Hanckel, after two successful exits as a serial entrepreneur, ventured into his true passion of helping Visionaries running EOS® build businesses that run themselves. He does this because he gets a great sense of personal satisfaction when the Visionary/Integrator duo works.
He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2001 with a vision of creating a chain of retail soccer stores and growing that business to five locations in three states. His second business, an IT Integration and cloud computing company founded in 2008, is where he found his swim lane of operations and finance. This is also where he found and implemented EOS®. After exiting that business in 2018, Carter has been doing Fractional Integration work to give back to the world's Visionaries.
He is naturally wired to be an Integrator. His brain doesn't work in silos, and he must see how the whole thing works together.
Carter has been a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) for the past seven years serving in different capacities on the board of the Raleigh Durham Chapter. Additionally, Carter has held the role of CEO, COO, and CFO in each company.

Hans Kirkegaard is an entrepreneurial business owner. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across many industries and his calm, thoughtful and planned approach resonates with internal teams, leadership and customers alike.
Hans completed three acquisitions, merged them and sold to a strategic buyer in the Branding/Marketing industry. He currently is an owner of a Vacation Rental Property Management Company. He also has had a successful career contributing to the growth of companies in the SaaS, Finance, Wealth Management & Financial Printing industries.
