There are three consequential questions to answer. 1) Do you have too much executive power for the role you need? And maybe you’ve got alignment on using a limited portion of their skill set and you’re getting that level of talent for a price that makes sense. 2) You’ve over estimated their skill set and you’ve got a Conductor Integrator and you’re set up for succes. 3) You’ve got some doubt of their skill set, but think they’re fantastic but there’s a nagging concern that you want to review.
